CALENDAR : No rest for teams during holidays

Tournament play continues Monday when Harvard-Westlake High plays in the final of the Reebok Holiday Prep Classic in Las Vegas.

Also on Monday, the La Canada tournament, which includes Village Christian, resumes.

In addition, there is a small slate of high school and college games Monday.

Women’s basketball: 1 p.m., Cal State Northridge at Northern Iowa.

Boys’ basketball: 7 p.m., Ridgeview at Valencia; 7:30 p.m., Santa Clara at Carpinteria.

La Canada tournament--1:45 p.m., Pool A third place vs. Pool B third place; 3:15 p.m., Pool A runner-up vs. Gold semifinal No. 1 loser; 4:45 p.m., Pool B runner-up vs. Gold semifinal No. 2 loser; 6:30 p.m., Gold final; 8 p.m., Pool A champion vs. Pool B champion.

Girls’ basketball: Simi Valley tournament--6:30 p.m., Pasadena vs. Hart; 8 p.m., Ventura vs. Channel Islands.

Boys’ soccer: 4:30 p.m., Barstow at Palmdale.

Men’s basketball: 7:05 p.m., UC Santa Barbara at Cal State Northridge.
