There is a serendipitous juxtaposition of articles on the front of the Sunday, Jan. 12, Ventura County section. One is headlined “City May Use Mediator in Impasse Over Sewer Plant.” The other is headlined “Thousand Oaks’ First Lady of Politics.”
It seems to me that the enlisting of Frances Prince as the mediator in this dispute might be a way to resolve this impasse.
