Flamemaster Corp. to Pay 3% Stock Dividend

Flamemaster Corp. has declared a 3% stock dividend to be paid to its shareholders of record on April 1. The additional shares will be paid on April 17.
Sun Valley-based Flamemaster is a chemicals company.
The company also said that its new orders in January rose 48% to $324,100 from a year ago.
