The Latino Theatre Co. will give a public workshop reading of “L.A. Carmen,” an adaptation of Bizet’s “Carmen,” Saturday at 3 p.m. at the Margo Albert Theatre, Plaza de la Raza, 3540 N. Mission Road, Los Angeles.
