There’s a new judge in town. . . . Gov. Pete Wilson has appointed Richard B. Wolfe of Sherman Oaks as a Superior Court judge in Los Angeles County. Wolfe served as a deputy city attorney for Los Angeles in 1966-67 and has since been in private practice. He spent the last nine years with Grassini & Winkle in Woodland Hills.
