Construction Scheduled on Grande Vista Business Park

Construction is scheduled to begin shortly on a 142,000-square-foot industrial park in Newbury Park.
The 22-unit Grande Vista Business Park will offer companies the opportunity to purchase their own buildings ranging from 5,360 to 16,000 square feet. The complex will be visible from the Ventura Freeway, just west of Wendy Drive.
Bob Pettit, the project’s marketing director, said purchase deposits already have been made on five of the units being built by Silagi Development.
Construction is expected to be completed by March 1998.
