Free Seminars on Orthopedics Offered

To observe Orthopedic Month, Saddleback Memorial Medical Center will host free seminars on various orthopedic issues.
The classes will be led by orthopedic physicians, physical therapists and other health-care professionals on topics including carpal tunnel syndrome, sports injuries and osteoporosis.
Topics, dates and times are: “Foot and Ankle” seminar, July 23, 1:30 to 3:30 p.m.; “Treating Your Back Pain,” July 29, 2 to 3:30 p.m.; and “Shoulder Injuries in the Young Athlete,” July 30, 6:30 to 8 p.m.
