Movie Dates

Has anybody considered one advantage to the millennium? We will now be able to tell (for a few years) when a movie was made much more easily, when the date appears in the credits. It will be easier to read MM (for 2000) or MMII (for 2002), etc. than it was for 1997 (MCMXCVII).
