Ervine Has 4 Goals in Splash Victory

Dale Ervine scored four goals in the first half for the Splash, which defeated the Arizona Sandsharks, 7-4, at America West Arena Friday night.
Player/coach Ervine has 21 goals and 21 assists on the season.
The Splash led, 5-0, before Arizona (7-14) added one goal in the second quarter and two in the third, while holding the Splash (13-11) scoreless in the third.
The Sandsharks outshot the Splash 37-18, but goalkeeper Ruben Fernandez recorded 19 saves for the Splash.
The Splash will face Arizona again Sunday in Anaheim.
