Sunstone Dividend Up

SAN CLEMENTE — Sunstone Hotel Investors, Inc., said Monday that it is increasing its quarterly dividend by 10% to 27.5 cents a share from 25 cents a share. The payout will be made Nov. 14 to shareholders of record Sept. 30.
The company is a hotel real estate investment trust.
