White Cap Industries to Buy Construction Supply Firm

COSTA MESA — White Cap Industries Inc., a business-to-business retailer of specialty tools and materials, said Friday that it has tentatively agreed to acquire Valley Construction Supply Inc. in western Washington.
Terms weren’t disclosed.
White Cap said in a statement it expects to complete the acquisition in June. The Costa Mesa firm said Valley Construction had $12 million in revenue last year. White Cap reported $136.3 million in sales for the first nine months last year.
Valley Construction distributes concrete accessories, framing hardware, reinforcing steel, drainage products and soil stabilization fabrics.
