The Orange County Planning Commission has scheduled a public hearing Tuesday regarding the proposed Newport Coast development. The permit up for approval includes information about streets, drainage, sewers, building locations and other elements of the housing development. The hearing will take place at 1:30 p.m. at the Planning Commission hearing room, 10 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana.
