The fate of the Bixby Ranch project could be decided Tuesday when the City Council reconvenes a public hearing on controversial development plans for the 218-acre property.
The Bixby Ranch Co. is seeking council permission to build a commercial and retail center, along with senior living facilities, a 3,500-seat church and expanded golf course along Seal Beach Boulevard and Lampson Avenue. The meeting begins at 7 p.m. in council chambers, 211 8th St.
