Procom Technology Inc.: The Irvine computer storage products company said net income for the first fiscal quarter ended Oct. 31 totaled $1.4 million, or 13 cents a share, down 44% from $2.5 million, or 22 cents a share, for the comparable period last year. Revenue declined 3% to $30.4 million from $31.3 million.
