* “Kalifornia Christmas”--A comedy of 18 vignettes exploring holiday madness opens Friday at Actors Forum Theatre in North Hollywood. It continues Fridays and Saturdays through Dec. 19.
* “The Rover”--An Early Restoration comedy by Aphra Behn, about three sisters on an adventurous quest for men, opens Saturday at Knightsbridge Theatre in Pasadena. Ends Jan. 10.
