The Historical Society is inviting amateur photographers to enter its third annual photo contest, entitled “Visions of Seal Beach . . . Through the Lens.”
Photographers are asked to submit their favorite color or black and white prints, no larger than 8 by 10 inches, which depict their favorite vision or scene in Seal Beach. The deadline is Monday.
The winning photos will be displayed, then become part of the city’s historical records. The free contest is open to amateur photographers of all ages.
For information and an entry form, call Elouise Shanks, president of the Seal Beach Historical Society, at (562)431-9501.
