San Diego’s Balboa Park will host an adults-only outdoor New Year’s Eve celebration from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m. Tickets cost $30 per person, limited to 20,000 people. Museums will stay open until 9 p.m., and there will be five stages with live music (including flamenco-jazz band NovaMenco), dance areas, food and beverages for sale and fireworks.
