The City Council will hold a study session on the Orangethorpe Railroad Lowering Project at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Community Room, 401 E. Chapman Ave. City officials are pursuing a plan to lower the tracks to eliminate the need to condemn homes and businesses to build overpasses or underpasses.
