CYPRESS

The City Council this week unanimously rejected plans to install decorative concrete pavers on the west end of Lincoln Avenue. The pavers would have cost $170,000 and would have been part of the finishing touches of the $4.2-million Lincoln Avenue redesign project. The renovation is scheduled to be finished in July.
