The City Council unanimously agreed Tuesday to spend about $52,000 to replace playground equipment at Carl Brenner Park. The city’s budget for fiscal 1998-99 designated as much as $55,000 for improvements at the playground. The city staff expects to have the new equipment installed this summer.
