Kudos for Young Irvine Activist

Re “Fighting for the Bulls,” April 14:

I admire Jordy Brown, the young man from Irvine. What an inspiration! His parents must be so proud.

I hope he will be able to get the attention of the Mexican consulate.

Bullfighting is so ingrained in Mexican culture. What a shame that they cannot adopt a kinder way to entertain their people and feed their poor, without the abuse and torture of the bull.
