iChargeit to Acquire Bay Micro Computers

Huntington Beach-based online service provider iChargeit Inc. said Thursday it agreed to acquire privately held Bay Micro Computers Inc. of Torrance in a stock transaction. Financial terms weren’t disclosed.

iChargeit said Bay Micro Computers will become a unit, and the acquisition is expected to close upon shareholder approval after a meeting in November.

iChargeit provides online services through several Web sites.
