The City Council will request an additional $125,654 from the Orange County Public Library system to improve services at San Clemente Library. Funds would go to maintain current library hours, hire a third library specialist to enhance children’s services and expand the current book inventory. The funding also would help pay for current renovation efforts and for a study to determine space needs for when the city reaches population build-out. Information: (949) 361-8200.
