An ice cream party fund-raiser to support the city’s Measure M is planned for Saturday from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. The measure is a proposal to revert the Bixby Ranch Co. property on Seal Beach Boulevard from commercial to recreational/golf zoning. The Citizens Against Excessive Traffic committee is hosting the event at its office located in the Rossmoor Shopping Center. Information: (562) 596-7520.
