On Monday, the City Council approved a $37,150 consultant services agreement with RJM Design Group for the Lemon Tree Park Master Plan.
The group will provide architectural services during the preparation of a design report for the future development of the 17-acre site on Portola Parkway and Tustin Ranch Road.
