A foreign-exchange student living with an Oxnard family was kidnapped and raped before being freed at an industrial complex early Monday, police said.
The teenage girl was abducted at Rose Avenue and Lindsay Place across from Oxnard College shortly before 10 p.m. Sunday, police said.
Police would not say how they learned of the kidnapping, only that officers found evidence of a struggle and information on where the girl had been staying at the scene.
The girl was found four hours later. She told officers her attackers were two Latino men in their 20s, one thin and one heavyset, who were driving a dark green or black four-door Saturn with tinted windows.
Anyone with information is asked to call 385-7662.
