NQL Plans Move From Santa Ana to New Jersey

NQL Inc. said Wednesday it is planning to move its headquarters from Santa Ana to Teterboro, N.J., facilities now occupied by one of the company’s units.
The company set no timetable for the move, noting that it is part of a plan to focus on its information technology professional services unit.
The company, which has 198 employees, said it is seeking a buyer for its software technology division.
NQL’s stock closed at 63 cents a share, off 46 cents, in Nasdaq trading.
