Pension System Acquires Two Buildings in Anaheim

Dallas-based L&B; Realty Advisors has purchased two fully leased industrial buildings in Anaheim totaling 245,503 square feet for $16.5 million on behalf of the Nevada Public Employees’ Retirement System. The properties include a 112,831-square-foot building at 951-955 E. Ball Road and a 132,672- square-foot building at 1045-1055 East St. Lars P. Platt, Jeff Chiate and Rick Ellison of Cushman & Wakefield represented the buyer and the seller, a limited liability company formed by AG Real Estate Funds and Touchstone Investments of Newport Beach.

NNC Apartment Ventures has purchased the Briarhill Apartments, a 128-unit complex at 140 W. Hill St. in Fullerton for $12.9 million from a Newport Beach-based pension fund advisor. David Eagle, Jerry Giglio and Arlan Murata of Grubb & Ellis represented the seller. Eagle also represented the buyer.

SCIF Wilmington LLC of Los Angeles sold a 148,186-square-foot industrial building on 8.3 acres at 920 Pacific Coast Highway in Wilmington for about $7.4 million. Bradley H. Gibbons of Commercial Property Group represented the buyer, Wilmington LLC. Howard Schwimmer and Chuck Brill of Daum Commercial Real Estate represented the seller.
