Magic Johnson Will Join TNT

TNT is expected to announce today that Magic Johnson is being hired as a regular NBA studio analyst, The Times has learned.
He will join Ernie Johnson, Kenny Smith and Charles Barkley on TNT’s Emmy Award-winning “Inside the NBA” on many Thursday nights, when TNT will have exclusive doubleheaders.
TNT will be expanding its pregame and postgame show coverage. A yet-to-be-named sports show will precede the doubleheaders at 4 p.m. on Thursdays.
