A Little Good News in a Cold, Cruel World

Bill Plaschke’s column [July 24] on Andre Agassi actually caused me to shed a few tears. How wonderful to hear how Andre is giving back to the community. It is a shame that it has to stand out like this among all the bad things that citizens do to each other. Wouldn’t it be great if deeds like this were the norm and not the exception?
