Moody’s Investors Service cut Computer Associates International Inc.’s debt rating to two notches above “junk” status and expressed concern over the software maker’s ability to generate cash and refinance debt as it fights off government probes. Computer Associates shares rose 62 cents to $16.90 on the NYSE.
