Courthouse to Show Andrew Grayson Works

An exhibit commemorating the life and wildlife paintings of 19th century artist Andrew Jackson Grayson opens Monday at the Old County Courthouse Museum.
“Audubon of the West,” which ends May 6, will include an audio-visual presentation about Grayson, best known for his depictions of birds from the Sierra Nevada to the Pacific. The exhibit will feature 38 of his works, museum officials said.
On Earth Day, April 21, lectures on backyard bird-watching will be offered.
The museum, at 211 W. Santa Ana Blvd., is open weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is free during the Grayson exhibit.
