Gang Member Gets 51 Years in Crash Death

A gang member was given 51 years to life in prison Monday in the death of his passenger during a high-speed police chase last year in North Hollywood. A Van Nuys jury last week convicted Miguel Rosales, 22, of North Hollywood of second-degree murder.
