2 Gang Members Found Guilty in Rival’s Death

An Orange County jury has convicted two gang members accused of killing a rival during a fight at the Block at Orange.
Seng Ching Truong, 21, of El Monte, and Robert Vasak, 22, of South El Monte, were convicted Tuesday of second-degree murder, street terrorism and attempted murder.
Huang Thai Ly of Santa Ana, and Andrew Vu, both 18, and purported members of the Tiny Rascals, were attacked Oct. 7, 2000. Ly was killed, but Vu recovered.
