Galssell LLC bought the 58-unit Almansor Villa apartments at 333-433 Almansor St. in Alhambra from Almansor Villa LP for $5.9 million. The buyer and the seller were represented by David B. Kaufman of Marcus & Millichap.

First Industrial Realty Trust bought the seven-building, 105,000-square-foot Shoemaker Business Park at 14928-14948 Shoemaker Ave. in Santa Fe Springs for $5.8 million from Roll Properties International. Chuck Wilson of Colliers Seeley International and Mike Hefner of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the buyer and the seller.
