City Offers Reward in Killings at Restaurant

A $25,000 reward was offered Friday for information leading to the people involved in the killing of a waitress and a customer at a Pico-Union restaurant.
Yesenia Rodriguez, 28, and Manuel DeJesus Rivas Carrillo, 24, were shot to death Aug. 9 in the Flor Blanca Restaurant at 8th and Alvarado streets.
Four men were seen leaving in a gray 1980s Nissan or Datsun, police said. Anyone with information is asked to call detectives at (213) 207-2060.
