These contributions were reported by major candidates on the recall ballot who have received sums of at least $100,000 for their gubernatorial campaigns. Totals are for contributions larger than $1,000, the minimum that must be reported at this time. Donations must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

Cruz Bustamante

Total reported: $573,600 from 78 contributions

Amount reported for 24 hours ending Wednesday: $47,400 from three contributions

* A. Jerrold Perenchio, chief executive of Spanish-language media company Univision, and his wife each contributed $21,200* to Bustamante; they gave the same amounts to Arnold Schwarzenegger last week.

Arianna Huffington

Total reported: $247,525 from 66 contributions

Amount reported for 24 hours ending Wednesday: $25,525 from three contributions

* Lawrence Bender, producer of films including “Pulp Fiction” and “Good Will Hunting,” contributed $21,200.

Tom McClintock

Total reported: $379,775 from 87 contributions

Amount reported for 24 hours ending Wednesday: $53,900 from eight contributions

* Fieldstead & Co., headed by conservative businessman Howard Ahmanson Jr., contributed $21,200. David Steffy, a private investor from Newport Beach, also gave $21,200.

Arnold Schwarzenegger

Total reported: $ 3,285,000 from 108 contributions

Amount reported for 24 hours ending Wednesday: $72,400 from 12 contributions

* Selim Zilkha, an investor in energy companies, contributed $21,200. Zelmo Allred, a member of a group of Orange County business executives active in fund-raising for Republican candidates in past elections, donated $21,200 as well.

Peter V. Ueberroth

Total reported: $2,519,935 from 137 contributions

Amount reported for 24 hours ending Wednesday: $102,400 from seven contributions

* Former NBC chief Grant Tinker gave $21,200, and television personality Maurice Povitch contributed $5,000.

Two anti-recall committees, which are not subject to the same contribution limits as candidates, have raised more than $5 million to help Gov. Gray Davis.

Taxpayers Against the Governor’s Recall, established in early June, has reported receiving more than $2.3 million.

Californians Against the Costly Recall of the Governor, formed in late July, has reported raising more than $2.7 million, with $66,670 reported in the 24 hours ending Wednesday.

* Davis transferred more than $11,000 from his old campaign coffers to the same fund.

*Contributions to candidates from each outside source are limited to $21,200. There is no cap on the amount candidates can give their own campaigns.
