2 Arrested in Death of Pregnant Teenager

Two people have been arrested in connection with the death of an 18-year-old pregnant woman, whose body was found earlier this week in a park.
Kevin Coleman, 20, and a 17-year-old boy, whose name hasn’t been released, were booked Wednesday on two counts of murder in the shooting death of Quinnisha Renee Thomas, who was eight months pregnant.
A second murder count is allowable under law because police believe the fetus could have survived outside the womb, said Lt. Mike Bray. “We have no particular motive at this time,” he said.
