Agents Call Fireworks Explosion an Accident

Federal agents finished investigating the scene of a fireworks explosion that killed three employees in a pyrotechnics warehouse and said that they believed the blast was not intentional.
The explosion was in Kilgore, about 115 miles southeast of Dallas.
An earlier blast in Bonita Springs, Fla., in which a truck packed with fireworks exploded and killed five workers, also appeared to be accidental, investigators said.
