Woman Listed in Critical Condition After Collision

A Fullerton woman was critically injured Thursday when her car collided head-on with a sport utility vehicle, police said.
Marie Reyes, 18, was driving west about 8:30 a.m. in the 1400 block of Commonwealth Avenue in Fullerton.
The SUV, which was being driven by an unidentified woman, was heading east.
The two vehicles collided, police said, when one crossed the yellow line.
A possible witness fled the scene, Lt. John Petropulos said.
The driver of the SUV did not require medical attention. Reyes sustained head and chest trauma and was taken to UCI Medical Center.
She was unconscious and listed in critical condition, Petropulos said.
