Katharine Hepburn specified in her will that her collection of memorabilia from her career -- including her four Oscars -- be left to a charitable organization to be chosen by her executors, according to the Smoking Gun Web site.
The site had the actress’ will and a codicil posted Monday for inspection. It referred to the documents as Connecticut Court of Probate records.
Hepburn, who died June 29 at the age of 96, established $100,000 trust funds for a nephew and a grandniece, made cash bequests ranging from $5,000 to $200,000 to various associates and earmarked $10,000 each for the Actors Fund of America, the Motion Picture and Television Fund and an Episcopal church in Maryland where her grandfather was a rector, the Web site said.
