The committee will include representatives from two local nonprofit housing organizations, Many Mansions and the Area Housing Authority.
Eleven vacancies must be filled on the Social Services Ad Hoc Committee, which advises the city on how to distribute federal grants and other funds. Appointments last up to a year.
The Disabled Access Appeals and Advisory Board, which helps promote accessibility in the city, has one vacant position with a term that runs through November 2004.
The Conejo Open Space Conservation Agency’s board of directors is looking to appoint three people to its nine-member trails advisory committee, which reviews the design, construction and maintenance of the city’s trail system. Members serve for three-year terms. Applications to serve on this committee are due Thursday.
The deadline to apply for the other three panels is Aug. 22.
