After reading “City Tab for Cell Phones Increases” (June 22), I cannot help but wonder what more the voters of this city need to convince them that the elected officials they put into office are totally clueless about what their responsibilities to the public are. Any teenager could tell you where to find a good cell phone deal. Councilman Dennis Zine worked for us for 4,402 minutes on the cell phone in one month? Yeah, right.
