What about travel agents?

I am dismayed that you omitted traditional travel agencies from your “Sourcebook” (Feb. 2). There are many people who want to sit down and talk with someone knowledgeable about a new destination. We are an important part of their trip planning. Not all your readers are willing or able to search the Web for their travel planning.
To ignore us is a disservice to those of us who work hard to ensure that our clients have a wonderful travel experience.
