In response to your article “March Right In,” (March 6): The California Science Center in Exposition Park is free every day and has been since it opened in 1998.
More than 7 million visitors have enjoyed the Science Center free of charge and we pride ourselves on remaining accessible to all, regardless of their budget.

Your readers might like to know that the UCLA Fowler Museum of Cultural History’s very popular free admission policy has been in place since October. Located on the north side of the UCLA Campus, the Fowler is open Wednesdays-Sundays, noon-5 p.m., and until 8 p.m. on Thursdays. As a public institution, we are committed to being an accessible resource that investigates and shares the rich array of arts and cultures across the world. Free admission enables us to better serve the diverse communities of Los Angeles and beyond.
