Husband Is Sought in Wife’s Strangulation

Madera County sheriff’s detectives are looking for the husband of a woman who was found strangled in the county’s first homicide of the year.
Officials said the 25-year-old woman’s body was found Sunday in a bedroom at the house she shared with her 5-year-old son and a roommate. She had been strangled with an electrical cord.
