Police Seek Man Who May Be With Girl, 13

Police searched Wednesday for a 38-year-old man suspected of running away with a 13-year-old girl, a fellow church member, possibly to Houston.
Martin Arechiga apparently had a rendezvous with the girl at an undisclosed location in Highland Park about 10 p.m. Tuesday, police said.
They knew each other from church events, police said.
Arechiga is 5 feet 5 and weighs 165 pounds. He drives a 1987 burgundy Toyota Celica with the California plate 4BXF873.
