Tanya Hadden, the former high school teacher accused of having sex with and kidnapping a 15-year-old student and taking him to Las Vegas, pleaded guilty to all counts against her and agreed Friday to a sentence of two years in state prison, her lawyer Mark McDonald said.
San Bernardino Superior Court Judge Michael Dest set sentencing for June 20, when the victim and his family will be allowed to speak to the court.
Hadden, 34, pleaded guilty to two felony counts of lewd acts with a child, four felony counts of unlawful sexual intercourse, two misdemeanor counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and a misdemeanor count of child-stealing.
She could have faced up to five years in prison for having sex with the boy and taking him to Las Vegas.
