Arrested Man’s Role in Bombing Doubted

Police investigating a bombing at the Indonesian Embassy in Paris have arrested a man at an Internet cafe from which an e-mail was sent claiming responsibility, judicial officials said.
Investigators were checking the identity and background of the man, who said he was from Cameroon. A few people were slightly injured in Friday’s blast.
Officials said the man appeared to be mentally troubled and the e-mail was being treated with skepticism.
