Re “Smuggling, theft, bribery at agency,” Dec. 5
The Department of Homeland Security was a horrible mistake in the first place, and now we are living through those crimes listed in addition to the incompetence of many of its employees. One hundred and eighty thousand employees spread across the nation are impossible to police properly, especially when they are wearing the badges.
